Regarding June 27th, 2008

Jesse Grund Law Enforcement cadet (& former boyfriend) Jesse Grund talks about Casey's actions on June 27th, 2008.

Amy Huizenga Casey Anthony sends Text Message to Amy Huizenga:
"THERE WAS DEFINITELY PART OF A DEAD ANIMAL PLASTERED TO THE FRAME OF MY CAR".
Later Casey told Amy that her father George had hit a squirrel. Huizenga later tells Sheriff Deputies that Casey said, "I - ya know - got rid of it."

Tony Lazarro At about 11:AM, Casey calls her boyfriend Tony Lazzaro, telling him that she had run out of gas and stalled on the street.
She tells Tony that two men helped her by physically pushing the white '98 Pontiac Sunfire (actually registered to her parents) into the parking lot of the Amscot Check-Cashing Facility at the corner of Colonial & Golden Rod (map). Despite six exterior security cameras, there is no sign of anyone "pushing" the car. Cameras do show Casey driving her car into the Amscot parking lot. The only man seen is Tony Lazarro, who arrives later at apx. 11:30 am.

When Tony sees Casey, she is carrying a large white bag - but no Caylee anywhere in sight. Tony later tells detectives the plastic bag had "frozen pops and, Tyson chicken or something to make for dinner that night". Tony thought she had brought it from Cindy's rifridgerator, "because it wasn`t in [grocery] bags. It just looked like normal plastic [trash] bags."

Around this time, Casey begins sneaking in & out of George & Cindy's house, once the two have left for the day.

Casey's claim that the two-door car had run out of gas is unlikely as there are two gas stations within easy walking distance of Amscot's parking lot. Like most gas stations, both have large signs. Both stations are clearly visible from the car's location.

Casey gets in to Tony's car, and two leave the Anthony Pontiac behind, in the parking lot.

Regarding June 28th, 2008

Jesse Grund 1:25 pm - Casey calls former boyfriend Jesse Grund, asking if she can borrow his gas cans.

Casey goes to Amy Huizenga's apartment, and asks if Amy can take her to Target to buy a gas can. When asked, Casey tells Amy that little 2-year-old Caylee is at the beach. According to Amy, Casey also says she's upset that Caylee was "barely been able to see Casey lately...But...at least she's in a good place, and not involved in all this other stuff."

Regarding June 30th, 2008

Using Tony's jeep, Casey drives Tony & his roommate Nathan to the Airport.

During this time, the Casey's Pontiac Sunfire (actually registered to Casey's parents George & Cindy) is towed out of Amscot parking lot by "Johnson's Tow & Impound". Casey's purse and Caylee's child's car seat are later found to have been left in car.

Amy Huizenga 9:45 am - Casey shows up at Amy Huizenga's home. Hangs out all day. Casey asks if she can borrow Amy's gas can. Amy says they're in storage, so the two women decide Amy will BUY herself a new gas can at Target, which Casey can immediately borrow. Casey will then return it to Amy, who will keep it as her own.

5 or 6:pm - Amy leaves for work.

Casey spends the night at Amy's house all week (except for 4th of July / "No-Clothes Party") when she sleeps elsewhere. Caylee has been missing for two weeks.

Regarding July 5th, 2008 Awaiting Tony Lazarro's return from NY, Casey spends time with Amy & "Will".

Jesse Grund & Amy Huizenga

Regarding July 8th, 2008 Amy Huizenga & Jesse Grund tell detectives that Casey Anthony drove Amy to the airport on July 8th, 2008.

Amy Huizenga

Jesse Grund

Casey begins using Amy Huizenga's car.

6:am - Casey Anthony drives Amy Huizenga to the airport for Amy's 8:10 am flight to Puerto Rico.
During this time, Casey Anthony takes Huizenga's wallet & checkbook.

9:48 am Casey Anthony enters Target in East Orlando. She shops until 11:55 am, at which point she goes to the checkout. Impersonating Amy Huizenga, Casey uses Heizuinga's checks to to pay for the personal items in her cart. She leaves the store at 12:03 pm.

Continuing to use Huizenga's wallet & checkbook throughout the next five days, Casey Anthony makes two more trips to Target, and at least one trip to Winn-Dixie groceries market. Among other things, Casey buys the #82 light blue hoodie, lingerie, oversized white sunglasses, toiletpaper, cherries, orange juice, more clothes & beer (Bud Light). At no time does she buy anything for Calee Anthony. And Caylee Anthony is not seen on video.

Regarding July 13th, 2008 (Sunday) George Anthony notices for the first time, a slip on his front door informing him of a certified letter, which is being held at their local Post Office, awaiting his signature.

Regarding July 14th, 2008 (Monday) Beginning his 2nd week at a new job, George is unable to go to post office.

Regarding July 15th, 2008 (Tuesday) When George & Cindy finally get to the Post Office - they sign for, & open the certified letter, which they discover came from "Johnson's Wrecking".

According to the certified letter, Casey's 1998 Pontiac Sunfire (actually registered to George Anthony) had been abandoned at Amscot Check-Cashing over two weeks prior. George & Cindy are surprised to learn the car had been towed by Johnson's Wrecking, & impounded.

Soon thereafter, the couple drives to Johnsons Wrecking to retrieve Casey's car. As they approach the car, they notice the "smell of death" (human decomposition). When George uses his own key to open the hatchback for the first time in over two weeks, they are overwhelmed by the foul stench.

Cindy telephones and text-messages Casey, and gets no answer.

After complaining about the impound fees, Cindy drives home in her own car, and George drives Casey's car home.

It's been one full month since George & Cindy have seen Casey & Caylee. Now (with the horrific smell of death in Casey's car) the 50-something couple fear the worst and frantically try to locate their daughter & grand-daughter.

Casey Anthony walks into Bank of America on South Conway Rd., to cash another of Amy Huizenga's checks that Casey has forged. This check has been made payable to Casey Anthony in the amount of $250.

4:27 pm - Cindy txts Casey: "Call me asap major prob". When Casey does not answer, Cindy then contacts Casey's friend Amy Huizenga, hoping that Amy might know of Casey's whereabouts. When Cindy picks Amy up at Florida Mall, the two drive over to Tony Lazarro's apartment to confront Casey about the smell coming from the Pontiac.

The three women get back in Cindy's SUV. Cindy & Casey drop Amy off at her place, and then Cindy drives Amy back to Cindy & George's house. When Cindy smells the car, she exclaims that it "smells like there's a dead animal" in the car.

Lee Anthony (Casey's brother)

Amy Huizenga

5:40 pm - Cindy drives Casey to Sheriffs station attempting to have her arrested. When Cindy discovers the office is closed, she warns Casey that unless Casey tells her where Caylee is, Cindy will call "911". Casey says "Go ahead". So Cindy makes her first call reporting grand theft. 911 operator transfers Cindy to Sheriff Deputy, who asks lots of questions, but takes no action at that time. Cindy gets fed up waiting, and takes Casey home.

8:40 pm - Cindy calls '911' Second call - says Casey has stolen some property / "Grand Theft". Says Casey stole Cindy's car. Cindy makes a second call.

10:40 pm - Third call (more frantic) - Cindy says Caylee has been missing for past 31 days. A few moments later, the dispatcher asks to speak with Casey, who repeats the "31 days" missing timeframe.

This is the first time that 2-year-old Caylee Anthony is reported missing; one month after Casey last saw her.
